[Your Exercise DVDs] The camerawork isn't terribly helpful either, so even if you have done other dance cardio DVDs, it's a good idea to learn the moves in the breakdown. In spite of a slick production, there are a few other flaws: the music sometimes doesn't have a good beat to help lead you, and a couple of times it doesn't seem to fit well with the dance style.
